What are the Differences between Your Pending Balance and Balance Paid?

Many clients who log into their Adspilot.com account can become confused by their account balances. They incorrectly think that they have more money in their account and the first thing that they do is contact customer service. If this is an issue that you have had recently, you may be interested to know why this is before you get upset and send angry emails.
There are two types of balances at Adspilot.com. One is a pending balance and the other is the balance paid. These are two separate accounts and should be looked at such.
The following explains the two account types and how they work:
Pending Balance
This is the amount that may be owed to you from the AdsPilot. This total is always going to have to sit for a review period before it is released into your balance paid account. There are many reasons for review, the most common is to check that your account activity is qualified and valid, as well as determine the eighty percent of the total monies that you are owed. It also allows for time for the AdsPilot Team to make sure that this amount is correct and paid by Advertiser in full. You do not want to have money put into your account that is incorrect.
If there is more money owed that is not listed, you are going to have to wait for another review period before you get it. One review period is all that anybody wants to wait to get their payments. This is a safety net for both Adspilot.com and their clients. Also, the billing period can play a part in why the funds have not been transferred as well. This is going to be discussed later in this article.
Balance Paid
This is the amount that is currently available to you. You can use these funds in the way that you see fit. The amounts have been reviewed and are now in your account. Once you have these funds, you can use them as credits to Adspilot.com and then advertise on the AdsPilot network (by request), or your approved earnings will be sent to you on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month (net-15 terms policy), either by PayPal transfer or corporate Cheque.

Billing Period and How it Works
Payments will be remitted to Publisher on 15th day from the end of the month. These payments are based on the previous month’s revenue. The closing date for payments is on the 31st day of the month. If you get a payment for finished RON or Sponsored (Direct) ads on the 1st of the next month, it is going to be in your pending account until the 15th of the following month. So, before you panic when a payment does not seem like it is enough, check your account closer to 15th day of the month and see when the available funds went from your pending account and ready to be paid on the date of payment distribution. It is likely that it just fell short of the closing date.
Please note: If payment distribution day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, you will get paid the following day.
