How Will I Get Paid?

If you are a Publisher on AdsPilot, you may be curious about how you will get paid. Currently, there are two methods of payment:
PayPal and Cheque

It’s important that you keep your information updated if you want to be paid and paid promptly. You will need to give your full first and last name as well as the method you want to be paid by. If you choose PayPal, you need to be sure you give the proper PayPal email ID and if you choose Cheque, you need to be sure the name and address you give is correct so that you can get your payment in a timely fashion.

If you do not provide this important personal and payment information in time, then you may not get paid for this payment period. Any payments that you are owed will remain in your account balance until the next payment cycle.

So how much can you expect to be paid? Publishers receive 80% of all ad campaign revenue generated. Net sales revenue is calculated on a monthly basis. Currently we distribute payments on the 15th day of each month (net-15 terms policy). This means once you reach the minimum payout amount by the end of the month, there is a processing period of at least fifteen (15) working days before the payment can be issued. Within this time we will review your account to make sure that your account activity is qualified and valid.

You will be paid for each Run of Network (RON) or Direct Ad purchased by Advertisers on your website when the Ad is finished. You can view your “Approved Earnings”, “Pending Earnings” or “Payment History” reports within your account at any time.

- Log in to your AdsPilot account
- Select ‘Publisher Menu’ tab
- Click ‘View your Earnings’ or ‘Payment History’ link

Moreover, Publishers can keep tracks of the statistics for all the ads that are currently running on their websites, finished ads or waiting for approval. A comprehensive real-time report shows all of your ad zones, as well as the total number of ads running, their starting day, total clicks, total impressions, CTR, cost, average CPC, conversion and conversion rate.

To check your ad zone statistics, please follow the steps given below:
- Log in to your AdsPilot account
- Select ‘Publisher Menu’ tab
- Click ‘Manage Ad Zone’ link
- Select Ad Zone
- Click ‘View live ad stats for above selected Ad Zone’ link

A minimum amount for Cheque requires $50, PayPal requires a minimum of $20 in earnings, and payments to your AdsPilot Advertiser account credit have no minimum. The transaction fees may apply, please read AdsPilot Terms of Service for more information. If Publisher’s revenue does not meet the minimum amount criteria, the accrued amount will be carried over to the next date of revenue distribution.

Be sure not to confuse the staff at AdsPilot by checking both payment methods. It’s important to choose only one method of payment at a time so AdsPilot knows where to send your payments. If at any time you want to change your method of payment, all you have to do is log into your account and change the information.
